If you have questions about complex or unique requirements, please fill out our Inqury form or if you prefer Call our Sales department or leave a voice message as to what your looking to acomplish or if your looking to source a specific piece of equipment or have us suggest competing solutions or installtion options.
Once your survey is submitted our resident experts Dave or his Partner Troy will review your requirements and respond back via email so you have a written summary with their preliminary equipment or system suggestions and ballpark budget range and where required insallation or customization options. Their summary will include a link to our private calendar that will allow you to schedule a personalized phone or video consultation or a listening audition if you are in the NJ / NY Metro area.
Update: Due to covid-19 our showroom is closed and we are only booking remote video auditions where applicable.
In some cases, you will have a few calls or emails or video chats back and forth with our staff to finalize your requirements and once we fully understand your needs and you are in agreement as to the components or system hardware and budget we will provide you with a formal written quotation for your approval. Once approved, we will generate your final Invoice and provide payment schedule and options for secure payment via credit card, bank ETF or Wire transfer. Once paid we will notify you as the order is processed and provide delivery tracking and coordinate with your installer or provide a referral to one of our installlation partners.
